Emily

Hi guys!

I just got done doing my pilates tape. I really really love that one because it's not only floor pilates but they incorporate pilates into an aerobic first half, which is ballet ish moves as well. So you get aerobic and regular pilates. If you are interested I found it on amazon for really cheap...http://www.amazon.com/Crunch-Burning-Pilates-Ellen-Barrett/dp/B00009V7QF/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1311612013&sr=1-1

I know that's a really long website but just copy and paste :)

Also, here is a really good salad recipe I found in a magazine. We loved it and have already made it twice.

BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad

1 can corn
1tsp oil
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1lb)
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
2 limes (or lime juice)
1/4 cup light ranch dressing (I used regular)
1 head of romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 small jicama peeled and cut into small chunks (this is a root vegetable that's tan and round...almost like a strange looking potato :)
1 can black beans
1 ripe tomato chopped
shredded mozerella
tortilla chips

Cut chicken into strips or chunks and cook on a pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper as you cook. Once the chicken is fully cooked through, brush with BBQ sauce. I usually use more BBQ sauce than it calls for. Cut chicken into smaller chunks if necessary.

Squeeze 1 Tbsp lime juice into small mixing bowl. Wisk ranch into lime dressing. I a large bowl toss lettuce and cilantro with the lime-ranch dressing until evenly coated. Top with jicama, beans, tomato, cheese, chips, and chicken. You may want to drizzle with extra dressing but you don't have to.

Like I said, try it! Its really good and pretty simple.

Love you all :)
