I did old school Pilates today! hahah. Spandex, Dagne and all. Remember that?? Let me tell you it WORKS though if you're trying to tone your stomach! Maybe I'll do that more often, switch it up with plain old situps. Thanks for that tip! I'm trying to eat healthier and I'm getting better. Stuff like ice cream sounds more gross to me now. We're getting there!
