EMILY here is your post. :) I worked out today, situps, pushups, lunges.  So there. :) Last night Karli, Kathryn Ivancovich and I had a girls night and made some pretty amazing smoothies. We just added whatever we had around the house and it ended up being strawberries, watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, yogurt, apple juice, and ice. So if you are ever looking for an easy but healthy snack, just make a smoothie out of whatever you've got around. 99% chance it will be delicious. haha.
